Coaching Yourself to Happiness and Success

Later this month I will be piloting a new course called How to Coach Yourself To Happiness and Success

It's an introductory workshop for men who want to learn some new techniques to help them get what they want out of life and will be delivered to male services users at Brighton Housing Trust. 

It's a three hours course in which participants will learn:
  • How to set goals that will make a difference for you
  • How to find out what could be stopping you from getting what you want
  • How you can visualize your way to a better life
  • How to stay motivated after the workshop
  • How to coach yourself to success
This course brings together a powerful mixture of techniques used by leading sports stars, successful business people and spritual practitioners and is designed in a way that participants can pick and choose which new techniques will work best for them.

Helping Men Get Help

Helping Men Get Help is a course I run for professionals who want to help more men and boys access public services and social projects. 

The course is designed for service providers in areas such as health promotion, parenting, education, social care. mental health, support groups, community safety and housing. The course is for anyone concerned with helping men and boys get better access to and outcomes from their existing services or anyone interested in developing new services and projects for men and boys.

The aim of the course is to leave people with a broad understanding of the barriers men and boys ace and give delegates the skills and knowledge they need to help men and boys overcome these barriers and access the services and projects you run.

Why do Men Lead Healthy Lives


Next month I will be running a new course called "Why do Men Lead Unhealthy Lives (and what can we do about it)?"

The course is designed for anyone concerned with improving men's health, such as professionals involved in commissioning services or delivering frontline interventions. 

The aim of this course is to give participants a deeper understanding of how and why men lead unhealthy lives. It's a one day workshop that will give people the knowledge they need to engage more men in health improvement activities in the short term and help prevent men's poor health in the longer term.

How are Men and Boys Unequal?

Next month I will be running a new course called "How are Men and Boys Unequal (and what can we do about it)?"

The course is designed for anyone concerned with issues of gender equality and in particular those who focus on matters of sex equality and gender equality.

The aim of this course is to give participants a deeper understanding of how to include men and boys in equalities thinking. It's a one day workshop that will help people to explore ways to tackle the inequalities than men and boys face as well as finding new ways to engage men and boys as change agents who can help promote equality for all.
