It's an introductory workshop for men who want to learn some new techniques to help them get what they want out of life and will be delivered to male services users at Brighton Housing Trust.
It's a three hours course in which participants will learn:
- How to set goals that will make a difference for you
- How to find out what could be stopping you from getting what you want
- How you can visualize your way to a better life
- How to stay motivated after the workshop
- How to coach yourself to success
This course brings together a powerful mixture of techniques used by leading sports stars, successful business people and spritual practitioners and is designed in a way that participants can pick and choose which new techniques will work best for them.
